Melanie E. Sittig, L.C.S.W. is a licensed clinical social worker who graduated from Walla Walla with a MSW with a clinical emphasis. Melanie and Greg have five children between them and seven grand children.

Kip Bishop, L.C.P.C. is a licensed clinical professional counselor who recently moved to Caldwell, Idaho. For the last eleven years, Kip has been in private practice in Phoenix, Arizona. He holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa and a Master of Counseling degree from the University of Phoenix. He is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a National Certified Counselor. He holds a State of Arizona College Teaching Certification: qualified to teach in the fields of: Psychology, Counseling and Chemical Dependency.

In the years before starting his private practice, he worked at two psychiatric hospitals and was Director of a large Community Mental Health Agency in Mesa, Arizona which employed over 24 therapists.

In his practice, Kip helps people with depression, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, panic, trauma and post tramatic stress, grief and bereavement, adjustment to live issues, stress management skills, overcoming self defeating behaviors, conflict resolution skills and chemical dependency.

Grace Jo, L.C.S.W. is a licensed clinical social worker who began working for Insight Consulting, Inc. in the Fall of 2006 soon after receiving her masters of Social Work from Boise State University. Her bachelor's degree (BFA) in Fine Art was obtained from Cornish College of the Arts, Seattle, Washington.

Grace has provided therapy to both children and adults. Her emphasis at Insight Consulting, Inc. has been in working to assist each of her clients in finding his or her sense of well-being and direction in life. Along with formal therapeutic techniques, she has implemented expressive, alternative therapeutic techniques in helping people.
